Mia Home  does not grant or imply any warranties on any merchandise.  All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturer’s warranties.


All products are sold for “Residential use” only, unless noted otherwise. Commercial and contract quality items  will be labeled as such within the   description on the respective item line, on the purchasing invoice.


Any available warranty paperwork can be found within the packaging of the product purchased. Mia Home Trends strictly adheres to the manufacturer's warranty.  During the valid warranty period  (most manufacturers offer up to 1 year from the date of purchase), we can assist our customers by contacting the manufacturer .  To facilitate the processing of the manufacturer’s warranty claim we will need: A copy of your original invoice along with several pictures or videos taken from different angles and distances, in order to best depict   the   issue.


Mia Home will charge a fee for delivery and/or pick up charges if incurred while handling the manufacturer’s warranty claim.


Usually merchandise defects are noticeable at   the time of delivery. Please inspect the items and let the delivery crew know if any defect is found. If a manufacturer defect is found after the delivery date, contact us immediately.  


The manufacturer warranty covers only factory defects. It does not cover damages incurred due to misuse, neglect of proper care or cleaning, sun exposure or moisture, nor by moving the furniture improperly.


 If the manufacturer's warranty has expired, Mia Home will notify you that the item is no longer under warranty. In some cases, we can help the original purchase customer to coordinate a service call and/or order required parts at a reasonable fee. 


Floor Model Merchandise and clearance items do not carry any warranties and are  not eligible to be covered under any protection plans.
